Terms of Service

Offlocal accepts source code from your AI coding agent, builds it into a container image, and runs that image so it’s reachable on the public internet at a subdomain you don’t own. The service is provided as-is, with no uptime guarantee, no SLA, and no warranty during preview.

• You’re responsible for the code you deploy. Don’t deploy anything illegal, malicious, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
• You own your source code. You grant Offlocal a non-exclusive license to process and host it strictly to run the deployment service you asked for.
• Don’t share your agent key. If you suspect it’s leaked, rotate it from Settings.
• Don’t abuse the platform — no crypto miners, no spam relays, no phishing pages, no excessive resource consumption beyond your allotted quota.

• We don’t read, inspect, or use the contents of your source code for any purpose other than building and running it.
• We don’t guarantee any specific uptime during preview.
• We don’t provide backups of your deployed apps.

You can delete your account at any time. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms, are abusive, or remain inactive for an extended period. We’ll give 30 days’ notice for inactive accounts.

Offlocal is provided without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to whatever you’ve paid us in the prior 12 months (which is, today, zero — the service is in free preview).

We’ll update these terms as Offlocal grows. Material changes will be announced via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
